Have a client using Act! Connect Link and below is an excerpt from the log. These 4 lines continually repeat in the log. What would the recommended troubleshooting steps be?

If Act! Connect Link is not working and you are OK getting a new endpoint.
I use these steps:
Once Act! Connect Link is shut down and no Node.js processes remain, remove any of the following files that you see in the "C:\ActConnectLink" directory: "client.lock", "client.pid", "endpoint", "preferred", "registration", "key".
Most of the time this works for me.
