When I upgraded to ACT Pro (ver 17) earlier this year, all of my activities failed to roll over. After a number of sessions with ACT Technicians....is was solved after uninstalling and re-installing ACT.
Today, while most activities are rolling over just fine, I have discovered that reoccurring activities do not.....rather are being "cleared" (not deleted) and set for the next occurrence date, yet no history is retained. So, any activities not attended to on the due date are simply wiped out (cleared without any history).
Any Suggestions out there?

Hi Pete,
This is a known defect in v17. It's currently been logged and is under investigation.

Any updates on this? We just lost a months worth of reoccurring calendar items after upgrading.
