I have always sent e-mails to individual contacts but now I need to send a message to multiple contacts. I have looked in the HELP section and in FAQ but can't find anything that tells how to select from a database for example that is not listed in Outlook 2007 address book.
I have in Outlook listed Outlook Address Book, and ACT Address Book but it will not allow a second address Database. Of course the addresses I want are in ACT Database # 2.
Can I send an e-mail to multiple contacts in a second or different ACT database than what is my everyday used Database number 1.
If there is a way what do I need to do, if not do I have to remove the current or everyday database I use and change to number 2 database and then change back when I am done.
If there is someone who has done this or knows what I can or can't do PLEASE ADVISE.
