Unfortantely there aren't any other options. Sage Act requires SQL Server.

Re: can i use MySQL as the ACT! 2012 DB?

Does ACT support any other DBs except SQL Server?

i'm asking this because i want to become a partner of ACT and

i have customers that i know they won't pay for a SQL Server License (the SQL Server express will be too small for them).
