Weird NullReferenceException

HI everybody,

one of our customers uses our Import tool for Act and gets the following exception from time to time:

System.NullReferenceException: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.
   bei Act.Framework.Contacts.ContactMetaData.GetContactAccessorFieldDescriptor(String columnName, String resourceString, Boolean allowEmptyFieldAttribute, String ID)
   bei Act.Framework.Contacts.ContactMetaData.GetAccessorFieldDescriptor(String columnName, String resourceString, Boolean allowEmptyFieldAttribute, String ID)
   bei Act.Framework.MutableEntities.MutableEntityMetaData.CreateRecordCreatorFieldDescriptor()
   bei Act.Framework.MutableEntities.MutableEntityMetaData.GetSpecialFieldDescriptors()
   bei Act.Framework.Contacts.ContactMetaData.GetSpecialFieldDescriptors()
   bei Act.Framework.MutableEntities.MutableEntityMetaData.GetFieldDescriptors(FieldDataType[] filteredFieldTypes, Type[] filteredTypes, FieldNameType fieldType)
   bei Act.Framework.MutableEntities.MutableEntityMetaData.GetFieldDescriptors(FieldDataType[] filteredFieldTypes, Type[] filteredTypes)
   bei Act.Framework.Contacts.ContactMetaData.GetContactFieldDescriptors(FieldDataType[] filteredFieldTypes, Type[] filteredTypes)
   bei Act.Framework.Contacts.ContactManager.GetContactFieldDescriptors()
   bei CrmAddon.ActIntegration.ActImportProviderBase.ActImportProviderBase.GetContactFields(ActFramework act)

 The problem is that the entry point into Act Framework here is ContactManager.GetContactFieldDescriptort(), without arguments, so the problem is definitely not in incorrect arguments Smiley Happy This is the only customer who has this problem, and, honestly, I have no idea where can I start digging.

Has anyone had something like this?
