Unable to read Act 12 Code Reference

Can anyone help me? I can not read the ACT 12 Code Reference that is supplied with the ACT 2010 SDK. When I open the document, I get the Contents and the index, but when I select any page I get an error that says "The address is not valid."

If I rememebr correctly I had the same issue. Here is what I needed to do. 

Right click on the icon and select properties, under the general tab click on the [UNBLOCK] button.
