The Record Creator field is READ ONLY By default.
For several reasons, my customer want to change it and to reassign Contact Record Creator to an another active User.
Obviously, I've try to change by program without sucess
Question: Is a way to change the Readonly attribute of the record creator ?
I run ACT V13

Is a chance to have a modification of the field type acces of Record creator to allow read/write?
Is one or more reasons to have this field type as ReadOnly ?

I believe the primary reason to have this field as read-only is to ensure the integrity of the data in the database, it ensures that the creation of a contact is non-repudiable. Moreover, I don't think it'd make sense to be able to change it from a logical stand point, as the data in the Record Creator field would be factually incorrect, same goes for Create Date and Edit Date fields, this information should reflect what has actually occurred in the database.
