New member here..
I am having trouble viewing the v16 SDK help files. I have read another thread on this subject advising to unblock the files,. I have done that but still cannot bring help docs up, I only get a blank browser with the left frame's outline visible, no content at all. I have IE 11, Win 8.1. Also, sdk does not give much direction on starting the help docs..assume I just click "Act! v16 SDK.htm" file.
Any help would be appreciated.
