I am looking to create a report in Crystal reports that will display if a company has documents attached. What table/field is this data stored in?

Sorry that was a bit terse! You'll need to join with Company_History and Company on the CompanyID and HistoryID.

Just to add to what Vivek has already said. Attachments are a type of history, specifically they are a history of type Library Document.
