Newbie can find all .DLLs except 'Act.Framework.dll'

I am working with ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 3

Development Environment:  Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition, version 9.0.21022.8 RTM

Language:  VB.NET

Looking in the following folder  'C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Windows\' I find many dlls, including, as examples:

Act.Framework.ComponentModel.dll

Act.Framework.DataExchange.Act6.dll

etc.

However, I don't find 'Act.Framework.dll' which seems to be required according to the most recent SDK.

Thanks,

In general, all the assemblies that I reference when working on a project come from the install path, not the program files folder. Within the install directory you should be able to find the GAC, within the global assembly cache are all the references you'll need for most SDK projects.
