Can anyone help with customising the Outlook Add in. When we use it to create a new contact from an Email in Outlook it brings up the default box to capture name, address, email, phone etc....but we have important custom fields in our ACT database and so we need to capture those at the same time - but apparently we cant add custom fileds to this screen.
anyone got any ideas on how to fix that or can anyone help us create a new outlook add-in please?

As far as I'm aware there is no SDK access to the Act! Outlook plugin.
If you wanted additional fields or a function that behaves differently you'll need to create your own Outlook plugin that hooks into Act!.
Obiously, this is a bigger challenge but the benefits are that you would have free reign over your plugin and could add any fields, or indeed features you wanted.
