Looking for some quotes from Act Developers
using Act 2008 at the moment.
need a simple help desk add on that we can use to log faults on telephone lines / phone systems that will just add a note to the customers history or something
and then maybe a possible form similar to oppurtunities where we can view any outstanding faults and who its been allocated to

If you would like something very detailed I can highly reccomend tele-support help desk, however this can be quite pricey. A cheaper option would be to create a custom table using one of the many add-ons out there to do so. This is very easy and is something you can do yourself; many of the custom table addons even have templates built in to choose from, normally one of those is a help desk module. This is infact the method we used to use in house to manage our support tickets. If you would like me to reccoemnd some custom table addons for you to try I would be happy to do so.
