I have been using Act for a number of years. About once a month I print envelopes for one of my potential client lists. I only print #10 regular envelopes. Tonight the software will not print envelopes. I have gone through each of steps but the application defaults to a report ( I am sure which one) I have tried every think I know short of re-installing from the disk.
I would appreciate any guidance with this issue.
