Hooking into the OnContactChange event via APFW addin

I work for a company that is using ACT! 2012 Premium for Web (soon to upgrade to 2013 or even 2014) and I am currently trying to create a web addin that will allow me to listen for when a new contact is created, and update a custom field with a unique identifying number. I have tried stumbling blindly through the code to find the class I am looking for, but that is an obvious fail. I have also tried to use the Sage ACT! 2013 code Reference.chm, but it seems to be broken too... Can someone please tell me where I can get a copy of the working chm, or give me a code sample showing me how to hook in to an application event via a web addin please?

Re: Hooking into the OnContactChange event via APFW addin

Right click on the files and go to the properties.

On the GENERAL tab click on the UNBLOCK button.

Web documents may be blocked when copies from the web or from a server onto your local hard drive.

Hope this helps
