Help needed with installing ACT reader up to V20

Hi Forum,

My name is Martijn Wanders and I'm a Qlik BI Consultant. For a customer a need to connect his ACT software to use the data for dashboarding purposes. I can create ODBC connection within Qlik.

If I search on the internet a see that I have to use the ACT reader utility. There are to different types as I read on page https://help.act.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024246694:

- ActReader up to v20.1.zip

- ActReader v21 and above.zip

My costumer use ACT premium version 20.1.120.0 update 8. So I have to use ActReader up to v20.1.zip. I cannot find this zipfile.

Where can I find this?

Kind regards

Martijn Wanders

Beste Inge,

Mvg,
