I have a user of one of my add-ons report an error to me that is being caused by having two Contact fields, both with Display names of "Last Results". One is the built-in ACT! field. The other is a custom field.
Is this a situation that is supposed to exist? Is this a situation that I need to allow for in my add-ons? I have lots of add-ons that internally assume that no two fields for a given entity can have the same Display name. If this is an expected situation I have lots of fixing to do.
If this situation is not supposed to exist, what can I suggest to this client about fixing his data base?
