i will use the act icon for outgoing calls.
it works only one time or two times and then we got the error message.
i have tried the following Troubleshoting:

Are you familiar with turning on/up log levels in that act config file? If so, I recommend turning those levels to "4" and when it fails rung the act log view application and attach the log file to a reply in this thread please. if you need assistance with doing so please contact support.

In the root folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT\Act for Web\" there is a application to view the ACT logs.
You may need to close ACT to get the entire log since ACT waits till shut down to dump its logs. Its probable some of the shut down overhead.
i have turn on the log levels to "4".
What do you mean with act log view application?
I know ACT DIAG.

i have save the first hour of working with act this morning as log file html.
it are 36 pages in PDF DINA4 if i want to print it.
how can i send it to you, or which lines you need.
Sorry for that question, i cannot finde any possibility for an attachment.
