EULA and SDK

[ Edited ]

We have a very large client who wants us to direct them to some language from Swiftpage which states installing an add-on will not break the Act! EULA.

Can somebody from Swiftpage point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Hi Jim,

I'll have a look into this for you and see if we have an official guideline regarding addons.

May I ask why they need this? Do they have a particular concern about this addon?

Kind regards,

Sam.

No direct concerns.  I think their in-house attorney is doing his job to the nth degree.

Re: EULA and SDK

Hi Jim,

I've spoken to our legal counsel regarding this matter.

They said that there's no such documentation to provide in this case.

Our EULA doesn't contain anything prohibiting the use of third party add-ons so as such it cannot be violated.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Sam.
