Determine if a field is marked as a Primary field

Does anyone know if there is a property or a method I could use to determine if a Contact field is marked as a "Primary Field" in Act?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Using Actdiag, you can run a report (field list to csv) which has a column showing primary (true/false).
