Crystal Reports and the Activity Results Field

Hi Guys,


Using ACT 10 Pro and Crystal Reports 9.  This ACT OLEDB 2 connector seems to work really well, and I've put together some excellent reports.


One field has stumped me, I can't locate it in the ACT Database for the life of me.  When an Activity is completed, the user can set a Result field, for example for an activity type of Call they can set Call Completed, Call Attempted etc.  Where is this field in the database?


I suspect the outcomes themselves are in a picklist somewhere, and this is pointed to by a field in the ACTIVITY table.  Or perhaps it's a bit deeper, and the pointer value is stored in an associated table.


Can anybody identify the location or link?

The Activities View is generally for Live or Open Activities, for Cleared ones you'd be better off looking at the Histories View with a Join on the HistoryType.
