Contact Events

I'm new to programming ACT. What events can I use to handle Contact creation, change and deletion?

I found ActApplication.CurrentContactChanged. Do I use that for new as well?

Thanks in advance

Re: Contact Events

Geoff,

For creating and change you'll be calling _yourContact.Update()

There is an event for Updated() under the Act.Framework.Contacts namespace.

Re: Contact Events

I think I mean...

Whenever a user creates, updates or deletes a record, I need to react to it. Client wants me to update another system whenever ACT contacts change. I know the events have to be in there somewhere!

Re: Contact Events

Geoff,

Updated() is an event that you catch to react to contact changes.
