Call Scheduling in Act! Pro 2013 - Windows 7

I utilize the ACT! program merely as a tool to enter customers, make a manual phone call, enter notes, then reschedule/result the contact. I currently have my calls set to default to timeless. However, when the prior days' call rollover, they do not come back into the alarm queue til noon. What I am doing wrong?
