For some reason Act no longer showes my activities in the activities area of my contact screen but still shows them in the calandar. This just happened out of the blue.
I have Act! Pro Version 220.127.116.11, Update 3
Any help would be appreciated.

In the first "row" of the Activities TAB you'll find some filter settings. If you have accidentally changed one or more of the filters some time ago and did not "reset" them, these filter settings will apply "forever". They are "sticky" and are not reset by a restart of ACT!. The most "dangerous" one is the "Users" filter, as you don't see the actual filter setting. It will only show when pressing the button.

Thanks for the information.
I did find out what was wrong. On the activities tab to the far right under options I must have inadvertently checked ONLY SHOW TIMELESS.
That was the problem as it would not show appointments that had a time scheduled.
