Act 2009 basic edition calendar issue

I am deploying the 10 person 2009 version and while synching everyone gets everyone elses calendars.  I also use companionlink add on to synch act to outlook.  I see how we can make every calendar item private and how we can filter the view in acts calendar to only see one user.  I would like to be able eliminate this in a way that is easier for my users.  Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Act 2009 basic edition calendar issue

You can do this using the User ID tab in CompanionLink's setup wizard.  It allows you to sync only the calendar for a specific ACT! user, or any subset of users.  Send me a direct message if you need to talk to someone on our team to help you set this up.
