Since this was marked as a defect, is there any way I can check the status of this? Is there a fix coming or is there a workaround?

 

We are looking for someone who could be open to a per hour contract to resolve this issue? Let me know if you have worked on this in the past and have extensive knowledge getting C# web apps working on a server that is on the same domain but on a different server from the ACT database.

Hi Jim,

 

Unfortunately there's no way for you to check the progress of this yourself.

I have checked on your behalf and the issue is currently targeted for resolution in Act! v17.1 which is due for release in Q1 2015.

This is still subject to change, but as of today it was still marked as on track.
