APFW Plugins and Partial Classes etc

Been doing some work with APFW plugins for a while, have basic plugins up and running with no problems, however when trying to implement partial classes as part of our plugin (or even when writing the code for a class in a file of its own) it seems that the APFW plugin does not recognize the class during runtime.

During design time everything seems to be working as expected I can reference a class within the ASPX page for the plugin and write code as I normally would , the plugin compiles with no issues.

So my question is, IS there a special way in which we can implement partial classes or have each class within its own file while building an APFW plugin? If not then are we expected to have every ASPX page loaded with all the code for every class in our plugin? Or is there a 3rd alternative to this issue?

Many thanks in advance.
