ACT Developer in Asia Pacific

Hello everyone,

Am not sure if this is the right section of the community to post this kind of query.

But I would just like to check if there's someone here who resides in Asia Pacific, probably Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines etc. - could be a company or a freelancer, who has experienced developing ACT Plug-ins thru SDK and interested in developing a program which the main process is to import data into ACT Calendar table(s) from a file. Updating of existing records should also be possible.
