Copying custom toolbar buttons from one user to another user

I have ACT! 2010 and under the Contact Details there are 2 custom calculate buttons on the toolbar.  I have 7 users but only 3 of them have access to these custom buttons.  Meaning that when I click to customize the toolbar the custom buttons aren't there to select.

How do I get these buttons to show up for other users??

I would be very appreciative and thankful for any assistance with this.

Thanks

Eric

I have tried that but when I login with  the other user's credentials, I don't see the custom buttons.

If it's not in the right users folder, and doesn't have the right file permissions, that might prevent it from being seen by that users session. It may take a bit of testing to get the right 'combination'. I've used this method successfully so I know it works.

Do I need to edit USpreferences206.xml preferences file to point to the new users folder and files?

OK.  I was able to get the custom buttons to show on the toolbar.  Thanks for your assistance with that all that replied.

Now the buttons show up, but when you click on them they don't do anything.  Is there something that I missed when I copied the files or are there other steps or configurations that I need to make?  Any help would be very much appreciated.  Thanks.

You may have already resolved? I could be wrong, but you can backup your MenusToolbars using ACT! Backup Personal Files, put check in the box for menus and toolbars (only),  then go to other pc and use ACT! Restore Personal files? Smiley Happy  Hope that helps.
