Me too. I keep getting the Error 511 auhentication problem. The KB says to remove both the PC and mobile product. I've done this, oh, 5 times now. Still not working. I do get data up on the Web. I do get data on the phone. I'm only doing it one way - ACT to the phone. I wanted that working first before trying to do both way - and add/remove data to see if things work properly and not duplicate data.
the authentication error is driving me nuts.
