hi! we have been using act for many years now and have bumped into an issue that it sounds like is going to force us to leave act. my husband and i both use and manage the same database and need access to each other's contacts and activities while on the road. my understanding is that act connect will provide only one user's contact/calendar information to the mobile device... which is critical for me. can you tell me if this issue is on sage's radar? i recognize that we could go with the hosted version to get all data but the cost of that solution is way out of my price range. please advise and thank you in advance.

Handheld Contact will allow other users' contacts and activities.
It also has more data, and properly handles field types and many other extra functions.

A Sage ACT! Connect installation/account will only connect with 1 user, and subsequently only display that user's calendar. It will include all contacts that the user is authorized to view, or have been defined by a sync set.
At this time, we have no information on if/when allowing multiple user calendars will be included.
