Hello C. Ford,
I would like to try and recreate what you are experiencing. Question are you using the demo or a Live database?

Hello C. Ford,
I think that being able to see the screen capture would help us see the problem and better assist you.

I am happy to send a copy of the weekly calendar in the live database from my laptop, but it will not show any of the calendar items that are shown on the iPad screen capture, because as you may notice, they are all for 2011 (the calendar week at the top shows Feb 5-Feb 11, 2012). The items that show on the live database do show on the iPad. They are just so far below all these old items that you cannot see them without scrolling to the bottom.
Also, I would rather have the weekly calendar in the format that shows on the Live Database with days side by side, rather than this listing for the weekly on the iPad. If that is too cluttered for the mobile phone devices, perhaps at least something that better distinguishes between each day of the week.

Let me make sure I understand what you are seeing. On the Live database the activities show a specific time and on the IPad it shows a different time is this correct? If so, make sure that the date and time settings on the IPad are the same as on the live database machine or laptop. If not can you provide the exact steps that you are doing so we can try to recreate this on our end. Also if you can provide the screen shots from both locations so we can compare them.
If I am incorrect please clarify this for me so I can better assist you. Thanks.
