I am working with Larry Yates and so far the problem has not been resolved. There is a problem with portal, so we can not access. Larry

Larry yates did an outstanding job as all seems to be working well. He should be cloned as I went through weeks of agony trying to get this solved.

Rodney, I have alerted Larry to a new problem. When I open the portal on my iPAD, I do not get the home page. What I open to is a page showing quick actions an go to. What I miss is the page that shows upcoming events, contacts and calendar. I don't understand how the page can differ when I open from my PC and iPAD.

Rodney, it is sort of resolved. The problem was that when using Safari Browser it opened up the remote on a different page than the home page. This page opens with quick actions. Purely by luck, I discovered if I used WINDOWS7 browser, I opened up on the home page of the portal. Have no idea why this happens, but I now know that I need to use WINDOWS.

 

Strange thing.

Thank you for the feedback. We will have to test Safari and see if we can reproduce what you see. However I am happy to hear that you are able to use windows to resolve issue at this time.
