I'm sorry, but I was busy doing my "real" work. Will try to do what was suggested tomorrow. I will get on with GOLD support so I don't screw up.
Right now, I am using the portal to schedule my calendar.

I think that it would be best to send my database in for service and simply pay for this. Do you think that this will solve the problem? I am spending more time on trying different remedies than on my work, and that makes no sense.

Larry I think that sending it into database services may not fix the issue as it seems that it could be a program issue as well. Please check your PM's so that we can assist you.

"PM" is a private message you can send to or receive from another member of this community within the forum. You can access your private messages by clicking the little envelope in the upper right of this page (under "Go To").
