I'm sorry, but I was busy doing my "real" work. Will try to do what was suggested tomorrow. I will get on with GOLD support so I don't screw up.

 

Right now, I am using the portal to schedule my calendar.

Here is where I stand. I spent about one hour on the phone with GOLD service today and nothing seems to work. I am at the end of my rope as they do not seem to know how to rectify the problem. They did send me an email telling me different things I can try, but without bringing someone in with more skills than I have, this thing will continue to take up time. Time that should be spent doing my work. I now think that I need to send the database out and pay to get it fixed. I am now in the situation where I can not schedule appointments on ACT, but have to do it on the portal. In other words, I am duplicating work. Not what should be happening with this program. I am open to any ideas you may have. Larry

I think that it would be best to send my database in for service and simply pay for this. Do you think that this will solve the problem? I am spending more time on trying different remedies than on my work, and that makes no sense.

Larry I think that sending it into database services may not fix the issue as it seems that it could be a program issue as well. Please check your PM's  so that we can assist you.

"PM" is a private message you can send to or receive from another member of this community within the forum. You can access your private messages by clicking the little envelope in the upper right of this page (under "Go To"). If you want to send someone a private message, just click their username on the left from one of their posts, then on their profile click "Send this user a private message" on the right.
