Phil for posting screen captures you can save it as a jpeg then upload it here. I'm not able to reproduce the issue. This is what I see when I sync.

I have posted two images (sorry the Connect one is mot all that clear. I will post another for Calendar 10 February as well
You will see in the examples on 10 February the 9am activities were entered directly in Act - In Connect it comes up NO SUBJECT
You will see from the 3pm activity this was entered in Connect - then in Act you just see my name record.
The 5pm and 7pm entries were made in Act

Phil I see that you have performed database repairs on your database so I would like for you to try with the demo database. This will show us if it's a problem with the database. The screen shot I sent was from the demo.

Phil syncing the demo database will only change the portal and not your database. To change the database open the Sage ACT! Connect Pc Client and select the icon to the left of your user name. After that select Database and change the database to the demo.
