I am attempting to install software on ACT! Premium 2012 Version 188.8.131.52, no HF. The db that I am currently using is a web hosted db. The link that I was sent to load had only one US version, (ACTPremWeb2012SP2_Update.exe) which I loaded and it yields the error message below. There is documentation that states "If you selected to participate in the Sage ACT! Premium Mobile Beta via a "Hosted" web site, we will be providing you with your Log-on information in a separate communication.", however I can not find any additional information on this update.

Hello Keith Meese That Message that your getting is because you don't have Premium for Web installed and that update will not install on Premium.

The Sage ACT! Premium Mobile BETA is only able to be installed on Sage ACT! Premium (Web) because it needs and configured web server to host it. I notice that both in the location you posted and your title there is Sage ACT! Connect. If you are attempting to use the Sage ACT! Connect BETA instead of the Sage ACT! Premium Mobile then please note that that is signed up for by accessing you Sage ACT! Connect account from your HTML 5 enabled device at sageactconnect.com and accepting the terms for the BETA.
