So far, I haven't been able to use my ACT! Connect subscription because the act.com website said that the model of Blackberry I had was compatible - when it was not. Now I'm considering this upgrade to finally be able to use my subscription to ACT! Connect. Tech support tells me that the Droid Razor has not yet been tested for compatibility. True? If not, when? HELP!!

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Per the Sage ACT! System Requirements, the service does support the Android 4.0 operating system used by the Droid Razr. Though that device is not on the device list, we have not had any reported issues. You can access your portal data either by installing the device client or through the new HTML-5 mobile client (no install or syncing required).
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
