This is one of the best things Sage has done. It adds much value to the product and this community.
Unlike the Feedback page, this allows all of us (Sage mngt, resellers and users) to really see what users want from the product and get a feeling that we can contribute to its future direction, its ability to meet our needs and its ongoing success.
For the past 6 months I have felt that ACT! 2009 is now a solid and stable platform that Sage can start adding enhancements that can improve the way we manage our relationships... and where better to come up with those ideas than from the user base.
