
Last week, I hinted that changes were coming to ACT! Platinum Care. I am happy to report that changes have come and they are live for everyone to take advantage of.
Since its inception, ACT! Platinum Care consisted of software maintenance or upgrade assurance - an annual subscription that entitled subscribers to any and all new major releases of their version ACT! while they held a valid subscription to ACT! Platinum Care. Additionally, and this is what made the program unique in the world of Sage, ACT! Platinum Care also came with a host of extras like sales training and special offers on business services.
With the refresh of ACT! Platinum Care (I'll unofficially call it ACT! Platinum Care 2.0), we've added new benefits and offers to the program and made them easier to access. Where subscribers were once asked to go to the ACT! Platinum Care portal, set up their username and password, then login to see and take advantage of benefits, all you need to do now is go to the Business Services pages on ACT.com. Once there, you'll find money saving offers such as:
Now the easy part...to get your ACT! Platinum Care benefits, all you have to do is enter your customer number on the benefits page into our little validator widget. If you don't know your number, you can call in to customer service, call your ACT! sales representative or your ACT! Certified Consultant.
