Jill Gibson Blythe, an ACT! by Sage Certified Consultant in Minneapolis was recently asked to present ACT! at a workshop for Small Business Minnesota.  The workshop entitled "Looking Large" was geared towards helping small businesses and start-ups look larger to their prospects and clients so that they can compete on a higher level.

It was my pleasure to help plan our portion of the event and to meet some of my current prospective clients and long time ACT! customers.  Jill gave a fantastic presentation on business process and how CRM can help people manage clients more effectively.  The audience consisted of over 150 people and we were joined by another 60+ people at the following networking event.  The venue was the perfect scenario to showcase the strengths of ACT!  It turned out that we had a few ACT! fanatics in the audience that helped us with our efforts as well!
