reviewing notes or fields in group look up

with act v6, you can do a group look up and then review the notes in the groups of the look up by scrolling through them.  with the new version of act if you look at a note or field in your look up, it closes the look up. you can re open it, but that slows down the reviwing of the notes or fields.

i am lookin for speed, not more features.  i avoided MS Vista because it was too slow and stayed wiht xp pro and act v 6.  i would like to upgrade to new version of act to get better synching, but do not want slower system.
