Being able to select a default printer or remember previous print settings

Every time I print my calendar in ACT!2010, I have to reselect "Fit to Page" and then choose my color printer from the Print window to replace the Laser printer that it always defaults to. I hate to have to bring up the frequent comparison that ACT! users often make, but in ACT!2004, I don't recall ever having to constantly reselect my printer choices and page settings every time I went to print -- it remembered the last settings automatically. Since ACT! is supposed to make it easier to do your work, it would be nice if this process were improved to be as good as it was six years ago.

More Avery Labels, PLEASE!

So far, ACT! 2010 is 0-for-3 out-of-the-box on my label needs. Can we please get additional pre-configured Avery-style labels? Specifically, I'd like 5366, 5384, and 5961. Actually, it would be nice to have the full compliment of Avery labels. It feels ...so limited...

Or is there some way for me to specify the dimensions myself? (It would be ideal if they could be included so I don't have to define them, but I will do that if necessary!)

ACT! Pro 2011 should be modified to be able to use a wireless printer (e.g. Lexmark 6500)

ACT! Pro 2011 Support Team,

I also have been using ACT! through all of its iterations since 1986. I've just upgraded to 2011 because the support team would no longer support my older version...planned obsolesence! All things aside, ACT! is the best of the contact management tools available on the market today, bar none, and I know, having had to live through corporate buys of Goldmine, SalesForce.com, etc.

My issue is this. ACT! Pro 2011 must be able to speak to a wireless printer. At present, if I request a printout of a "company directory", I get an error message that states "Invalid Handle". According to the Support Desk, this is due to ACT! using ".net" rather than whatever is being used in the Microsoft community of products (i.e. Word, Excel, etc). I'm sure that I'm not the only person with this difficulty and would appreciate a response as to whether or not this can be addressed.
