Phone Contact - automatic clear up activity

Why not can phone call a contact using the activity scheduled? ... and not have to wait for hang out, when you make the Contact Call, from an activity the clck with the clear dialog must appear, and you can take notes when you are talking, also you can make a Follow up of the call (or any activity)

When you hang out, yo can make a Follow up or an OK for the history.
