would be nice if you can right click in Outlook on email and choose create activity or create opportunity
ofcourse it has to be automatically assigned to user (email address)
if email isnt listed in ACT! then normal window with choose or create new user etc.
For Activity, same number of clicks - click on email, then on icon at top
Only with ACT! 2009 and 2010

You can now create an opportunity from an Outlook email with our updated plugin for Outlook which can be found at FreeActAddons What will it do:-
* Attach an E-mail message to an existing ACT opportunity, search by
the opportunity name or select from a list of Open opportunities which
is the default. Alternatively select from a list of All opportunities
* Ability to create an ACT! opportunity from an Outlook E-mail
message. When creating an opportunity it is also possible to associate
it with an existing contact record or create a new contact record
directly from the E-mail message.
Note: It is important to read the Read Me file before installing and
include the additional step to support Outlook 2003 or 2007.
Enjoy...:-)
