Not sure that Windows Live Mail has an API that can be used by ACT!

I have maximizer ... 9 (2006) and it work on windows 7 -64. And it work fine with Windows live mail.
To upgrade to windows 7 there is a cost. But also you have to buy outlook if you want to send email with 2010. I bet act 2011 dose not work with windows live mail either.
