
Some users, for example conference centres and training companies, set up Meeting rooms as resources so that you can pick a free meeting room when you schedule a meeting.
Could we not have a Resources Calendar to make it easy to see which meeting rooms are booked on which day? Or, may be some additional filters similat to "Users" to show or hide Resources in the calendar as required.

When you schedule the activity, try clicking Availability after selecting some resources... they will show

Unfortunately, the resources don't get tracked in the History.
To create a report to charge, you'd need to do something on the closed Activities in Excel or Crystal or maybe Stonefield... and (to add some complexity) if the users sometimes change the duration in the History to show how much time was spent, it would also need to get the matching history and make the adjustments.

I think the tracking of resources in Histories has already been identified as an important missing function/report.
