
The current ACT reports are poor in comparison to other CRM packages and could do with a shake up. I know you can use external reporting or add-ons but is it not about time that ACT improved the internal reporting functions.
Just a couple of examples of where improvements can be made.
Activity reporting is in Contact order and then Data order. Most users want to see activity in date order but I have found no way of achieving this.
Opportunity reporting only show a summary but sales managers etc want to see the opportunity and all the products against that opportunity in a report.
Resources are now in the Activity section of the product but there is no way of running a report to see what resources have been used or booked against dates.
Why not add your reporting improvement requests?
