Pull information from multiple contacts in mail merge For rectuiters

I am a recruiter and when I set up an interview I send an email to my candidate with the location and date of the meeting.  This requires me to pull information from my candidate, myself and my client for the location of the interview.  

I would love to see this ability added to act. 

Theemail would look like this:

Dear [CANDIDATE_NAME]:

Please be advised, I haveschedule an appointment for you with [CLIENT_CONTACT] of [CLIENT_COMPANY]on [INTERVIEW_DATE at [INTERVIEW_TIME].

For your information, thecontact information is as follows:

[CLIENT_COMPANY]

[CLIENT_ADDRESS]

[CLIENT_CITY], [CLIENT_STATE] [CLIENT_ZIP]

[CLIENT_WEBSITE]

Do you store these interviews as opportunities in ACT! currently?

 I like this idea - I think what you're requesting is the ability to create a mail merge on an intersection of data where the contact (candidate) has a specific set of relationships with other entities in your system (like client).
