Opportunities - Make Filter Settings Sticky

Status: Available in ACT! 2010 SP1
by Nickel Super Contributor Jeff_Granger on 01-23-2010 06:10 AM

Could we PLEASE have sticky filter settings in the Opportunity section so that they don't keep resetting to the defaults?

To include: All the standard filters, PLUS the Opportunity Lookup filed in the Nav Bar.

I am currently running ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 4 and am still having that same filter reset issue.

Is SP1 not included in ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 4?

Barry

ACT! 2010 SP1 has not yet been released, but will be available as a download shortly.

It's confusing, but Hotfixes are different to Service Pack releases.

Thanks for the reply Jeff. You are correct, ACT! 2010 SP1 encompasses all of the hotfixes released up until this point. Once this release (SP1) is made public (targeting mid week), you will have all the latest and greatest fixes for ACT! 2010

Good add-on is the ACT! List View Manager add-on.  It allows you to create multiple Options (Column views) for Contact and Opportunity list views.  One extra thing for Oppt. it can save the defined filters (Stage, Process, Status).
