Native ACT! reports needs expanded data sourcing

Status:

The present data sourcing in the native ACT! reports has many restrictions. Two that need to be addresses immediately are the ability to access custom add on tables and the ability to fully access the capabilities of the opportunity entity.

I will second that.

Currently have a client who has put their upgrade to 2010 on hold because they can't get a report of the Opportunity Notes. In 2009 they can get a report showing Opportunity details, so an upgrade is a backward step for them.
