
It would be really nice if AFTER choosing a Company, Group OR EVEN Multiple Contacts from the "Associate With" field AND "Schedule With" field that the LOCATION field would create a dropdown field RATHER THAN Having to type in the location field. In other words, PULL the address info from the Company/Group/Contact you are associating with the activity, AUTOCREATE a dropdown with all the addresses pulled from the chosen "Associate With"/"Schedule With" Companies/Groups/Contacts records and let the user CHOOSE from the dropdown list the location of the meeting etc.. Also, add an "OTHER LOCATION" option into the dropdown list where it could be typed in.
Finally, MAKE "LOCATION" VISIBLE on the task List or a mouse over balloon on the task list.
